Christen Jo Stone (Jo) (aka Fraser) has had a lifetime of teaching and working in creative fields, with 15 years in teaching Creative Arts in Victorian Secondary Colleges, then designing Wedding Stationery and Bomboniere in an award winning business in Melbourne,Vic. (Treasured Memories), while bringing up her 4 children. In 2010 she returned to Melbourne after spending 7 years in Canberrra , ACT., Australia, where she set up here most recent venture, Beadaholics, teaching Jewellery Crafts.
Jo's 'Beadaholics School of Jewellery Crafts' has been active in organising Workshops and Retreats as well as the regular 4 to 8 week courses and Full day workshops held in Jo's Studio. With a reputation for organising fun and relaxing, technique based courses to develop solid skills in a variety of skills areas, she now has a devoted following of jewellery makers who return to enjoy the many and varied courses offered.
Jo is now an artist in her own right exhibiting her multimedia work in Jewellery, Textiles, Ceramics and Photography in Galleries around Australia and shortly overseas also.
Jo has been successful in winning first place in many Competitions with her Wirework, Precious Metal Clay, Polymer Clay and even Embroidery, but more importantly just loves doing what she does.

2008 Finalist and 1st runner up in the Bead and Gem Show Competiton- Both Wirework
2007 & 2008 Champion Awards and Reserve Champion (Lapidary Section) Canberra Royal Show in Precious Metal Clay and Wirework plus other other awards for Precious Metal Clay and Embroidery and Wirework
2007 Metal Clay Artist of the Year (Beads etc. Magazine) -Nature's Serenity
Jo has also acted as honorary Judge at the Sydney Royal Easter Show 2006 & 2007 and 2009, in the Canberra Royal Show 2008 and for the Finished Jewellery Section of the Sydney Bead and Gem Show 2008.
Jo has been a regular contributor of articles and projects for Beads Etc, Magazine, Australian Beader Magazine, and Australian Beading Magazine, as well as having work chosen for publication in the Gallery Pages and Challenges in these Australian magazines and also in Step by Step Wire Magazine (USA).
